3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused
In the same condition you received it
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at miyaana98@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Sale items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or item, the fastest option is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
